I believed our ticket was for the sky bridge only, but anyway, I enjoy the view and the glass bridge. But if you come here early in the morning, I suggest doing other activities and exploring the Grand Canyon and the waterfalls below. If you do, please reserve the package tickets for Route B covering the Grand Canyon and Glass Bridge, which is considered the best route to tour the two attractions.

My Experience
I have written down my complete experience in the 5 Day Itinerary Blog in Zhangjiajie China, hence, for this particular article. I will only focus more on sky glass bridge experience. If you read my blog, you know by now that our group tour didn’t take a direct flight going to Zhangjiajie, thus, our flight was from Manila-Quanzhou-Changsha and then travel by bus to Zhangjiajie. For review, I joined a group tour with a group visa from the Philippines. So, on our second day after arriving in China, our first destination was directly traveling to the Zhangjiajie Sky Glass Bridge. It took as 5 hours by bus before reaching this place from Changsha. It is in the mountain side, so expect steep road when traveling this place. Anyway, our bus is comfortable. Before coming here, we took first our lunch and then travel to the top of the mountain close to the glass bridge. We arrive around 2 pm and start the tour.
Initially, we wore the shoe rag provided at the entrance, as it is required for walking on the glass bridge. Upon seeing the bridge, I felt amazed and excited. The structure of the bridge is stunning, and the design is impressive. Just imagine how this bridge was constructed. It was my second time seeing a glass bridge, after the diamond glass bridge in Georgia. But this sky bridge in Zhangjiajie is bigger, wider and higher. No wonder, it gains the title of the longest and highest glass bridge in the world. On top of that, the overlooking view of the Grand Canyon is just awesome. I just wish we had stayed here longer and tried to hike and explore the Grand Canyon and the waterfalls. I would also love to try the zipline, but unfortunately, we were lacking time, and our package is only for walking in the Sky Glass Bridge. Anyway, it’s a privileged for me to reach this destination. I never imagined I would visit the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge. And this experience is breathtaking.
